Emily-Jane Stockman as Martha Cratchit, Ghostly Chorus

A soprano, Emily-Jane recently completed her Bachelor of Music with Honours at the New Zealand School of Music.

During her time there, she performed as a part of the chorus in NZSM’s rendition of Orpheus in the Underworld in 2021, and had the absolute pleasure of performing as the magical fairy godmother in NZSM’s rendition of Massenet’s Cendrillon in 2023.

Emily-Jane also received two awards during her time at NZSM: the 2022 Kapiti Chorale Award in Vocal Performance and the Opera Award for Excellence in Performance for 2023.

Recently, Emily-Jane had the awesome opportunity to work with Roderick Williams at his Christchurch Vocal Masterclass and performed in NZ Opera's Christchurch Chorus for the Isaac Theatre Royal 10th Anniversary Gala Concert.
